Scope and controller

This privacy policy applies specifically to Test C2 AGE, an Android study application published by Zwart Apps for preparing the Cuerpo General Auxiliar de la Administración del Estado (C2).

Test C2 AGE is an independent study tool. It is not an official government application and is not affiliated with Spain's General State Administration, INAP, BOE or another public body.

Data stored locally

Test C2 AGE stores study information directly on your device so the app can remember your preferences and progress. This may include theme and sound settings, auto-advance preferences, quiz configuration, statistics, quiz history and mock-exam results.

This local study data is not uploaded to servers owned by Zwart Apps. It may be removed by the app's reset controls, by clearing the app's Android storage, or by uninstalling the app.

Advertising with Google AdMob

Test C2 AGE displays advertising using Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google and its advertising partners may process information needed to deliver, measure, secure and personalize advertising, depending on your region, device settings and consent choices.

This may include IP address, device or advertising identifiers, app interactions and diagnostic information. Zwart Apps does not use your local quiz answers or study history to build an advertising profile.

Consent and privacy choices

Where required, Test C2 AGE uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present and manage advertising privacy choices. The available options depend on your region and the applicable privacy framework.

When required, privacy options can be made available again from within the app so you can review or change your choices.

Third-party services

Data processed by Google or its advertising partners is governed by their own privacy policies, retention practices and the choices made available to you.

Retention and deletion

Local study data remains on your device until you reset it, clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. Zwart Apps does not operate a cloud account database for Test C2 AGE.

Retention of information processed independently by Google or its advertising partners follows their respective policies and legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

The app does not need access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise location to provide quizzes and mock exams. You can control local data through Android settings and the app's reset options, and manage advertising privacy choices when the consent platform makes them available.

Children's privacy

Test C2 AGE is intended as a civil-service exam preparation tool and is not designed specifically for children. We do not knowingly ask children to create an account or submit personal information to Zwart Apps through this app.
