Delete your PachanguitApp account

This page explains how PachanguitApp users can request removal of an account and its associated personal data, even if they no longer have the app installed.

1. Request account deletion

Send an email from the address associated with your PachanguitApp account to info@zwartapps.com with the subject PachanguitApp – Account deletion request. State that you want your account and its associated personal data deleted. Do not send your password.

2. Verification and processing

We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. We will review and process verified requests in accordance with applicable data protection requirements and confirm the outcome by email.

3. What gets deleted

The request covers the PachanguitApp account and personal data associated with it that Zwart Apps controls, including public profile information and information linked to the account about participation in or organization of games, subject to technical dependencies and legal obligations. Game records may need to be removed, reassigned or anonymized to avoid exposing personal details.

4. What may be retained

Information that must be retained for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons may be kept for the strictly necessary period. Data handled independently by third-party providers is governed by their own procedures. We will explain any applicable exceptions when responding to the request.
