PachanguitApp Privacy Policy

This policy applies specifically to PachanguitApp, a multi-sport match organization app by Zwart Apps. It is separate from the privacy policy for our offline quiz apps.

1. Data and account

To provide account features, PachanguitApp may process your account identifier, email address, public display name, profile preferences, and information related to games you create or join, such as participation, date, sport and venue. Data you make public inside the app, including your display name and participation, may be visible to other users.

2. Purpose and legal grounds

This data is used to provide sign-in, game organization, registrations, notifications, account support and abuse prevention. Depending on the purpose, the legal grounds may include performing the service requested by you, legitimate interests, consent where required, or compliance with legal obligations.

3. Services and advertising

The app uses Google/Firebase infrastructure for account and application services and may use analytics, diagnostics and Google AdMob advertising. Providers may process device identifiers, diagnostic information and app activity depending on service configuration, permissions and consent. Advertising privacy choices, where applicable, are presented in the app.

4. Storage and security

Account and match data may be stored on cloud services required for the app to function. We apply access controls and reasonable security measures. Data is retained only as necessary for the purposes described, subject to legal or security requirements. Third-party service providers may process information under their respective data protection terms.

5. Your rights

Under applicable data protection legislation, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where applicable. To request deletion of your account and related data, visit Delete account and data.
